Terrier Traditions: Crustaceans Are King
Share
New England’s favorite crustacean is the star of this show
because fall doesn’t officially get cracking until Lobster Night.
Every September, Dining Services serves up
more than 8,000 traditional New England lobster dinners
to hungry students.
That’s enough lobsters to stretch from Central Campus
to Boston Harbor!
Half the fun is watching lobster novices try to figure it all out.
But don’t worry, instructions are available.
It may turn the dining rooms into mess halls,
but it brings even the shyest students out of their shells.
And that’s why it’s been a Terrier Tradition since 1985.
