Overview of Services

The Memory Diagnostic Clinic provides comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of veterans with memory problems and mild dementia.  The Memory Diagnostic Clinic also provides education and information to patients and their caregivers concerning diagnosis, family planning, and patient care, and also offers interventions for patients and caregivers as appropriate; including individual and family psychoeducation, cognitive rehabilitaiton, and caregiver groups.  In addition, our clinicians provide linkage to community resources for additional care
