What convinced you to come to BU?
Boston is the most beautiful and clean city I’ve ever been to. Living so close to New York City makes me appreciate just how pristine Boston is. I know that living and studying in Boston will give me the best opportunities for my future.
What makes you feel most excited about coming to college?
Seeing where my life is going to lead and learning more about myself.
What makes you feel most nervous about coming to college?
Leaving the familiar behind.
What kinds of activities do you want to become involved in?
Sports! I’m a sports fanatic and have played almost every sport imaginable.
Oh, and of course broomball. That’s something I’ve never tried, and I hear that it’s quite the competitive activity at BU.
What is one of the goals of your first year at BU?
Finding a comfortable balance between social and study time. Learning time management my freshman year is key.
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Attending my dream school, BU! I like to brag that I’m going to a school
that has a lazy river.
What will be your first stop when you start exploring Boston?
The first thing I’m going to do when I get to Boston is put on my running shoes and just run and get lost in the city. I’m sure to see plenty of interesting things then.
How are you spending your summer vacation?
This summer, I’m working so that I can pay for my expensive education at BU. I’ll also probably spend a lot of time going to graduation parties and saying good-bye to everyone who is close to me, which should involve a lot of crying!
