Service Recognition Dinner to be held April 25

Each year, at the annual Service Recognition Dinner, Boston University honors those employees who have completed 10 and 25 years of service as well as employees who are retiring from the University. This year the dinner will be held on April 25 at Metcalf Hall.

Invitations will be mailed in March to those employees who will have completed 10 and 25 years of service by June 30, 2000, and to those who have announced their plans to retire from the University. To be included in this year's program, eligible employees who are planning to retire this year, but who have not yet notified their dean or vice president, may call Virginia Gregory, employee relations representative in the Office of Personnel, at 353-4484, no later than March 10, 2000. Those who plan to retire this year and wish to be recognized as a retiree at this year's Service Recognition Dinner must be at least 55 years of age and have completed at least 10 years of service by June 30, 2000.

For questions regarding service eligibility or further information, contact an employee relations representative or Gregory in the Office of Personnel.
