Where Are All the Black People in Boston? Embrace Boston Explains

Following a screening of the documentary “Welcoming the Embrace” by Beyond Measure Productions [...]and Embrace Boston, Nick Bates, the director of BU’s Howard Thurman Center, challenges a panel of native Bostonians and transplants to reveal the truth about the black experience in the city.

Jeneé Osterheldt is the deputy managing editor for culture, talent, and development at The Boston Globe. Greg Ball is the director of digital strategy and production for Embrace Boston. Austyn Ellese Mayfield is a Boston University alum and worked as a story producer on “Welcoming the Embrace.” Dart Adams is a journalist whose work has appeared in publications like Complex, NPR, The Emancipator, and The Boston Globe.
