Terriers @ Work: Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital

Don't miss BU alum Sarah McKinnon (SAR'09) as she tweets about her job at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital.

Sarah McKinnon is an occupational therapist and a proud graduate of Sargent College (SAR '07, '09). She currently works as an occupational therapist within the Partners Healthcare network, including Massachusetts General Hospital, Spaulding Charlestown and Spaulding West Roxbury. As an occupational therapist, Sarah works with clients with a variety of diagnoses to regain independence and participate in meaningful activities including daily activities, work, and leisure. Her clinical interests include working with clients with neurological and trauma diagnoses, federal advocacy, and leadership. In addition to clinical work, Sarah is a part-time adjunct faculty in the MSOT program at Sargent College and was recently named to the Board of Directors for AOTPAC, which is the political action committee for the American Occupational Therapy Association.
