The Union Court on the first floor or the George Sherman Union (GSU) was renovated to create an active food hall supported by an updated central production kitchen. In addition to improving customer flow and circulation, the project allows for self-supported retail venues featuring mobile ordering, on-site ordering, and convenient pick up locations. In the kitchen, the plumbing infrastructure was replaced and new appliances, flooring, ceilings, and lighting were added. In the food hall, each station received new finishes, including flooring, ceilings, and lighting. New sprinklers were also added throughout both the kitchen and the food hall. Construction was completed in time for the 2020 Fall Semester.

The long anticipated reopening of Panda Express was complemented with a robust menu offering, including the brand’s favorite potstickers.

Basho has a new home with an expanded layout, additional seating, and offers a complete experience with mobile and kiosk ordering through Grubhub.
