When searching for an English Conversation Group on the TracCloud system, you will find many options to fit your needs and your schedule. However, if you have encountered some difficulty finding a conversation group that fits your schedule or you can’t log in to the TracCloud system, please feel free to fill out the following form.

It is important to remember that the ERC does not guarantee the availability of conversation group leaders for all requested availabilities.

This form should only be used if you have already read the instructions on how to sign up for an appointment and have reviewed the What to Expect & FAQs.
