Kristin has been an RN for 18 years. Before joining the Project RED team in 2008, Kristin had experience with discharge planning and patient education. She worked at Mass General Hospital, and Bear Hill Nursing Center as a staff nurse on active medical units. While at these hospitals she provided total patient care including educating patients and family for homecare, discharge planning and medication teaching
