Student Village

The John Hancock Student Village offers sweeping views of the Charles River and Boston skyline. It boasts two contemporary residences—10 Buick Street and 33 Harry Agganis Way, affectionally known as “StuVi-1” and “StuVi-2.”

They have all the bells and whistles of modern urban living and stand just around the corner from the University’s Fitness & Recreation Center (FitRec), Agganis Arena, restaurants, shops, and music venues. But the best part is the buzz generated by living in a village of your peers, all part of Terrier nation. There’re endless opportunities to meet new people and have your closest friends as neighbors. This is your community: make it what you want.

Standing 18 stories, 10 Buick Street houses some 800 students—juniors and seniors only—in apartment-style units. At 33 Harry Agganis Way, more than 950 students call the towers home. The 26-floor north tower houses juniors and seniors in an apartment-style setting while the 19-story south tower is home to sophomores, juniors, and seniors, in a suite-style setting.

Freshmen and transfer students are not eligible to live in the Student Village residences during their first year.
