Vice President and Associate Provost for Global Programs, and Deputy General CounselWillis Wang joined the Office of the General Counsel in January 1998 and became Deputy General Counsel in May 2005. He was appointed an Assistant Secretary to the Board of Trustees in September 2005. In December 2009, he was appointed Vice President for Global Operations, and in July 2011, he became Vice President and Associate Provost for Global Programs (which encompassed Global Operations). Before joining OGC, Mr. Wang was Assistant General Counsel, an Assistant Secretary, and a Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager at Molten Metal Technology, Inc. in Waltham, Massachusetts. He also was an enforcement lawyer with the U.S. EPA in Boston and in Washington, D.C. After graduating from of Emory University with a B.A. in 1987, Mr. Wang earned his law degree from Boston College Law School in 1991. |
