Background and research interests
Luis obtained his PhD in Geophysics from Universidad Nacional de La Plata in 2001. He is assistant professor and research scientist at CONICET (National Council for Scientific and Technological Research). His research activities are mainly focus on numerical modeling of groundwater flow and he is interested in studying head fluctuations in coastal aquifers induced by ocean tides.

Luis enjoys traveling, reading, and art.
