Shared Facilities
The Boston University Photonics Center has several shared laboratory resources. The equipment in these labs is available for use by all faculty and students who are trained on the equipment or with the help of the laboratory manager (please see link below entitled Shared Laboratory Usage and Training Policy). Outside industrial users of the shared labs can contact the appropriate lab manager to discuss rate schedules and equipment training. Multi-usage or separate lab agreements can be put into place for companies interested in using the processing, metrology, and packaging capabilities.
These multi-user facilities are maintained by the Photonics Center staff. For more information about these labs, click on the links below. Within each link, you will find information about the model number and manufacturer of the equipment. If you have further questions or are interested in using the equipment, contact the lab managers via email.
