Boston University Center for Career Development

Located on the 6th floor of 100 Bay State Road, the BU Center for Career Development (CCD) offers a wide range of career-related events. Among their services: workshops on career-related topics, resume and cover letter reviews, mock interviews, individual career counseling sessions, internship or job search strategies. The CCD partners with employers from all sectors looking to recruit from the BU Sargent community — and their online resources and seasoned staff are ready to help you navigate all aspects of career development.

Career Advisory Network (CAN)

Choosing a career, changing careers, or relocating can be difficult – but talking with Sargent College and Boston University Alumni can help. Alumni volunteers on the Career Advisory Network are available to talk with you informally, share their experiences, and help you clarify your goals.

Handshake

Handshake is BU’s online hub for career resources, including internship and job listings, in the U.S. as well as around the world. These are provided exclusively for undergrads, graduate students, and alumni. You’ll have 24/7 access and be able to sign up for on-campus events, schedule a career counseling appointment, and upload multiple resumes, cover letters, and other employment-related documents.
