Individual & Community Wellbeing (HUB CC 101) is a BU Hub cocurricular that teaches students about what wellbeing means and skills to help be well at BU.

About the Cocurricular

The Individual & Community Wellbeing (HUB CC 101) Hub cocurricular experience invites students to explore the concept of community wellbeing using a public health lens. In HUB CC 101, students:

  • Earn a Hub unit in the Diversity, Civic Engagement, and Global Citizenship: The Individual in Community area
  • Learn from health and wellbeing experts
  • Engage with campus resources to learn how to take care of themselves and others
  • Reflect on what wellbeing means to individuals and communities
