Susan Seligson

Susan has written for many publications and websites, including the New York Times Magazine, The Atlantic, the Boston Globe, Yankee, Outside, Redbook, the Times of London, Salon.com, Radar.com, and Nerve.com. She earned a master’s in journalism at BU’s College of Communication, and is an award-winning humor columnist and the author of four books for children and two nonfiction books, including the travel memoir Going with the Grain (Simon & Schuster). An accomplished flutist, Susan performs in several chamber groups. A determined student of Arabic, she is always looking for conversation with patient native speakers.
