Trustees

As the governing body of the University, the Board of Trustees provides oversight of and has fiduciary responsibility for the University’s academic, financial, and business affairs. The Trustees elect the President (who is responsible for the day-to-day management of the University), review the strategies and performance of the University’s administrative team, and assist in long-range planning and development. The Board meets at least three times each year. Members of the Board are elected to terms of one to three years, subject to an overall limit of fourteen consecutive years of service.
