Cross-Functional Core is made up of FE323, MK323, OM323 and QM323 as well as a semester-long business plan project. The semester-long business plan project where students collect primary and secondary research explores the interactions and the cross functional integrations between marketing, operations, and finance, while leveraging business analytics. Effective Fall 2019, this course fulfills a single unit in each of the following BU Hub areas: Digital/Multimedia Expression, Research and Information Literacy, Teamwork/Collaboration, Creativity/Innovation.

A1 Veidenheimer ARR 12:00 am-12:00 am To register for the Cross-Functional Core in Spring 2025, please register for the same section of QSTFE 323, QSTMK 323, QSTOM 323, QSTQM 323 and QSTSM 303 to be considered fully registered for Core. Please note that the A-sections are morning, the B-sections are midday and the C-sections are afternoon. Students must be registered for the same section of all five courses (example: QSTFE 323 C2, QSTMK 323 C2, QSTOM 323 C2, QSTQM 323 C2 and QSTSM 303 C2). If you’re having any trouble getting in to the same section of all five courses, please submit the Questrom Waitlist Request Form to request assistance.

To request a section due to an academic, athletic, medical, religious or work conflict, please submit the Questrom Waitlist Request Form after your registration date/time, and after you have attempted to register for an available section. Please be reminded that students are expected to work their non-academic obligations out around their academic courses, and we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate waitlist requests.
