Whether you’ve been participating in an activity for years, or are wanting to try something new, joining one of BU’s 450 student organizations or volunteering in the city of Boston through the Community Service Center will help you learn about yourself, make friends, and connect with the broader community.

Added bonus: 50+ years of research indicate that students who are involved in a student organization or activity do better academically! Being involved is an ideal way to connect your academics to real-world happenings while also gaining skills for the future.
