A peer mentor offers guidance and a student perspective.
Transition to BU (TTBU) is a peer mentoring program that was designed by transfer students, for transfer students. To request a TTBU peer mentor, email ttbu@bu.edu.
Your TTBU peer mentor can help you figure out where to eat, how to get your books, where to find your academic advisor, how to join a club, and more.
TTBU also holds events to help transfer students make connections with each other and with continuing students. They can help you start to build your community at BU.

Some schools and even some majors also have peer mentoring programs for transfer students. Ask your academic advisor or stop by your school’s advising or student services office to learn about school-based opportunities.
