Featuring the Newport Jazz Assembly Band with Ben Marcoux, Joshua Bruneau, Jimmy O’Connell, Tony Davis, Keith Brown, Alex Tremblay and Mike Camacho
Join the Chairman of Newport Festivals Foundation and the Founder of the Newport Jazz Festival, George Wein (94 years old), as he celebrates his years as a jazz pianist with “One More Once.” Joining him is Newport Jazz Festival’s Artistic Director, bassist Christian McBride, and our Newport Jazz Assembly Band, who have performed in over 60 schools in Rhode Island introducing young people to jazz.
A Bridgefest Event – Fort Adams State Park / Quad Stage
- This concert is free to the public.
- Seating capacity is limited so registration is required.
- The event will be held inside the Quad at Fort Adams State Park.
- Seating will be first-come, first-served.
- Patrons can bring chairs or blankets to sit outside of the tent.
