2021 Summer 1 Course: AA 234: Slavery and the Creation of Race
This Summer 1 course taught by Professor Hope Joyce Scott focuses on engaging in an in depth study of how chattel slavery was created for New World capitalism, and in turn led to racialization in America. This course meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 am-12:30 pm during the Summer 1 session from May 24th-June 30th.
