Tobias Ninson is a lifelong learner and an experienced educator. He is currently a faculty member at Boston College High School’s theology department. Prior to assuming his role as an educator in the Boston area, he spent six years as a high school teacher in New York City. His love for both ancient and modern languages stem from his theological studies and his experiences as an international scholar. Tobias holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the Pontifical Antonianum University, Rome; a Master of Theological Studies from Boston College; and an Advanced certificate in school building leadership from St. John’s University, New York. He is very excited to join the African Languages Program at BU and hopes to use his experiences to foster global citizenship and cultural literacy in the classroom.
