Symposia
AJLM hosts an annual symposium convening health law experts to discuss a significant health law issue and publishes related scholarship in an accompanying double issue. Recent AJLM symposia have focused on timely topics like mental health, reproductive health, public health crises, and democracy and health.
The 2024 Symposium, Preventive Care Law & Policy: Evolving Issues and Potential Consequences of Braidwood Management, Inc. v. Becerra, took place at BU Law on February 23, 2024. The agenda and list of presenters is linked here. The double issue will be published in Summer 2024.
