Taking care of your mental health during challenging times

We are living, learning, parenting and working during harrowing times. The CoVid-19 virus has upended our lives and our futures feel uncertain and unsafe. In collaboration with Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, this webinar explores the following:

  • A psychological context that can then empower our collective understanding and personal actions to build our wellness and resiliency.
  • Emotional, cognitive, physical, social, spiritual and parenting tips and strategies for staying well and resilient.
  • Finding personal meaning and opportunities for growth during this unprecedented and collective experience.

Presented by Dori Hutchinson, ScD, Associate Clinical Professor at Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, Boston University.

Moderated by Larry Kohn, Director of Development at the Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation.
