You have low back pain… now what?

Low back pain is one of the most common reasons people go to see a doctor and is the single most common condition seen in outpatient Physical Therapy. Despite advances in low back pain research, costly and ineffective treatments continue to be offered. This, paired with well-intentioned misinformation on the internet and social media, can lead to confusion and frustration for those experiencing low back pain.
