Fernando Malenchini (Questrom’00) is a Buenos Aires–based architect and entrepreneur whose suite of properties includes hotels in Argentina and Italy. Here, he talks about his strategies for reopening his company’s hotels and how a hands-on management approach helped him and his staff push through challenging moments during the pandemic.
Malenchini is a co-founder of Pondal Malenchini, a landscape design and architecture firm with projects in 37 cities around the world, primarily in South America. He earned his MBA at BU, where he focused on entrepreneurship, and focuses on his firm’s architectural products and buildings that complement urban planning projects, as well as sales and marketing.
