An evening of Venetian cuisine

Join chef Michael Lombardi (Questrom’08) for an evening of Venetian small plates and cocktails. Chef Lombardi is the chef/owner of SRV, an award-winning restaurant in the South End that is Boston’s first bacaro, or Venetian-style restaurant specializing in the small plates known as cicchetti.

Chef Lombardi demonstrates the preparation of several cicchetti, including polpette, parmesan biscuits with garlic butter, and homemade ricotta, as well as a Negroni Sbagliato cocktail.

Bring your favorite wine or enjoy one of his suggested pairings: 2019 La Spinetta Il casanova di rosati, a Tuscan sangiovese rosé or 2018 Marco Felluga Sauvignon blanc, from Friuli.

This event was offered to the BU alumni community at no cost and attendees were encouraged to make a voluntary contribution to support the MET College Fund which exists to support students in these unexpected times.
