Writing and showrunning… from home

Join film and television writer Hilary Weisman Graham (COM) for a webinar conversation on her experience writing and producing hit shows, including “Orange is the New Black”, “Bones”, and “Kidding”, as well as her journey producing the upcoming Netflix show “Social Distance” entirely remotely from home. Moderated by fellow writer Amy Sullivan (COM), Hilary will also discuss her path from Comm Ave to Hollywood, and she will also take questions from attendees.

HILARY WEISMAN GRAHAM (COM)

Hilary Weisman Graham is the creator and showrunner of the forthcoming Netflix anthology series, Social Distance. As a TV writer/producer Hilary’s credits include Kidding (Showtime), Orange is the New Black (Netflix), and Bones (Fox). She has also written numerous screenplays and is the author of Reunited, a young adult novel published by Simon & Schuster.

AMY SULLIVAN (COM)

Amy Sullivan is a Los Angeles writer, stand-up comedian and actor. She most recently worked on the ABC pilot Work Wife and is now writing a feature being developed by Rumble Riot Pictures. Her one-act comedy play The Canary, which she wrote and will star in, is due to premiere in 2021 at The Broadwater theater in Hollywood and is being produced by Asylum Theater Company. She hopes to soon sell one of her pilots that is being shopped by her management company (Citizen Skull) and looks forward to joining the Boston University Young Alumni Council in the fall!
