Current trends in managing a crisis
Join Boston University Alumni Association and the College of Communication for a conversation about crisis communication. In our era of societal upheaval, communicators and business leaders are expected to react and produce content that demonstrates their understanding of an ever-evolving environment.
Panelists explored how company executives face multiple difficult conversations simultaneously, how leaders have had to adapt, what companies are doing well and which are not, and how business, politics and public policy have intertwined in today’s world. Panelists also discuss the skill sets that successful future business leaders need to hold, how businesses will be effective going forward, and how reputations built today will impact the future. Welcome provided by Mariette DiChristina (COM’86), Dean of the College of Communication.
