Nicholas Griggs-Drane (COM’16)

Nicholas Griggs-Drane is Global Director, Impact & Inclusion at WME (parent company Endeavor). He uses this role to drive inclusion strategy across the company and create new opportunities within entertainment, sports and fashion to elevate communities historically excluded based on race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disabilities, and more. He focuses much of his work utilizing the influence of Endeavor’s properties to drive sustainable industry-led change and proudly amplifies non-profit partners via celebrity or event partnerships for organizations including GLAAD, Trevor Project, GLSEN, Special Olympics, Black Beauty Roster, Gold House and more. Nicholas also serves as the global co-chair of Endeavor PROUD, the company’s LGBTQ+ employee resource group he created in 2019.
