Jennica Allen

Jennica Allen (she/her) is the Manager of Community Engagement Practices at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. She provides leadership to the Bureau’s community health planning initiatives, where she supports health care systems and community organizations in capacity building for community engagement, social determinant investment, and strategy implementation. Jennica has been a part of the Bureau’s Racial Equity Movement since its early days, and in this capacity, she leads affinity work, participates in core trainings, and serves on the Racial Equity Leadership Team. She has a Master of Public Health and is a proud child of the city of Boston.
