Ms. Loo is a PhD candidate in the Health Services Research program at Boston University School of Public Health. Her research focuses on the intersection of informatics and social determinants of health. She uses applied mixed methods to examine the impact of social risk screening on mental health outcomes and utilization in resource constrained communities. She is the proud daughter of immigrants from Malaysia.
