University of Massachusetts Boston

I am an outgoing PhD from UMass Boston and am currently engaged as a certified diversity and outreach associate at Opus Partners. I bring my extensive understanding of academic culture and research practices, a keen interest in higher education management, and a personal commitment to DEI strategizing within mission-focused organizations to this role. Also a faculty affiliate at the Indian Institute of Technology, my scholarly work focuses on the global political economy of gender, labor, and migration. My role as an associate at Opus is a way for me to translate my research, analytical ,and administrative skills in higher education to decision-making, management and diversity practices in higher education. Before joining Opus, I served as adjunct faculty in several educational institutions in the Boston area including Lesley University and Babson College. In addition, I have experience with community engagement, institutional diversity, and racial equity initiatives in non-profits and universities.
