Valerie Crowder
Valerie Crowder is a public radio journalist based in Tallahassee, Florida. Her work has been featured on NPR and is regularly broadcast on local stations across the state through the Florida Public Radio Network. In addition to covering communities in the Panhandle region, she covers state government and hosts daily local newscasts during WFSU News’ broadcast of All Things Considered. Her radio stories are accompanied with articles and photos published online. Empowering people in a democracy through powerful storytelling is her mission.
