Hellema is Professor of the History of International Relations at the University of Utrecht, and his publications include The Netherlands in the World: The Foreign Policy of the Netherlands (Spectrum, 2014) and The Netherlands and the Seventies (Boom: 2012). His presentation is a preview of his upcoming book on the Global Seventies.
