Howard Gotlieb Archival Research Center

The Howard Gotlieb Archival Research Center is the University’s central repository for archives, personal papers, and rare books. Its collections include the papers of notable individuals, the records of organizations, and a wide array of rare books.

The Center includes the University Archives, History of Nursing Archives, and Personal Papers of Cultural Figures from the twentieth and twenty-first centuries.

At the heart of the Center’s mission is the preservation of cultural heritage. By fostering a deeper understanding, promoting inclusivity, and strengthening connections within communities, the Center supports academic and civic engagement.
