WIP | Women in Physics
The Women in Physics group works to foster a community which promotes the advancement and success of female physicists. Specifically, WIP aims to highlight the achievements of successful women physicists, educate the physics community on issues relevant to women physicists in order to encourage a diverse and supportive work environment (both in the BU Physics Department, as well as the future workplaces of our graduates), strengthen relationships among physicists and other scientists through social gathering, mentoring, and outreach, and support the GWISE program.
