Scamper, the finalists in Boston’s 2006 WBCN Rock ’n’ Roll Rumble and winners of the Tri-State area’s Most Punctual Band award, will perform at BU Central on Friday, November 10. The band released its second album, The Boulevards EP, this year, and its brand of “catchy-as-hell, polished power pop” is attracting attention locally — the song “Boulevard” was recently added to the regular rotation on WFNX.
