It’s Pirate vs. Yo-Yo (and Beatbox vs. Breakdance)
BU’s Got Talent: the finals
You know them as your classmates, friends, or just the guys who live down the hall. But over the last few days, they’ve revealed their über-talented alter egos — Yo-Yo Master Brian Chin (SMG’12), Josh Friedman (CAS’12), the Keyboard Pirate, Alex “Boogaloo” Kao (CAS’09), and Jon “Body Beatbox” Pak (CAS’12). These four bested several other amazing performances in the semifinal competitions.
Now, your votes will determine who gets the loot. The talented individual with the most votes wins a $300 Apple gift card. Second prize is a $100 gift certificate to Barnes & Noble, and third prize is a $50 iTunes gift card. Fourth place gets $25 and an honorable mention as one of BU’s four top talents.
Without further ado, we present your BU’s Got Talent finalists.
