Global Stress Relief Day

During the fury of exams and final projects, take a moment to breathe and get balanced on the lower level of Marsh Chapel. Our Global Stress Relief Day includes relaxation techniques from all around the globe: massage, yoga, tea, henna, meditation, coloring, board games, and more.
