Vaccines Offered: MMR, TDAP, Meningitis (ACWY), Hep B, Varicella & optional vaccine, HPV. Due to COVID-19 guidelines, a face covering is required upon entry. You MUST have a negative COVID-19 test and a green badge by the time you check-in for your appointment. The COVID-19 vaccine will NOT be offered.
