ArtWeek Boston: Applications Open!

artweek2
It’s simple! Begin your online application here. ArtWeek events should be unique, memorable and inspired experiences that are a taste of the arts, culture, and/or creativity unlike others that you can traditionally experience during the rest of the year. We define the arts broadly to include culinary, design, architecture, spoken word, film, fashion, and other artistic forms of expression in addition to dance, theatre, music and visual art – so be creative! Check out our easy FAQ and media specifications for more information and inspiration!

If you have an idea for an ArtWeek event, please submit an application. ArtWeek staff will then review your proposal and be in touch. For the latest information regarding the application, subscribe to our mailing list.

There’s more than one way to create an ArtWeek event!

Create a unique event around your own art. Invite an artist to your place of business. Ask an individual, group, or business to brainstorm an original idea with you. You can even add an unexpected twist to an existing event such as a behind-the-scenes tour or even a chance for participants to get their own hands dirty. There are many ways you can be involved in the creation of an ArtWeek event. ArtWeek event creators are individual artists, theatre companies, restaurateurs, local business owners, galleries, and many other types of people with an idea they’d like to share with others.

Have an idea but no one to share it with?

ArtWeek staff are available to help you enhance your creative ideas. Get in touch with us at artweek@citicenter.org.
