“ORIGINS 2024,” A FALL DANCE CONCERT

Boston University’s Dance Theatre Group is pleased to present ORIGINS 2024, a Fall Dance Concert, on November 22nd at 8 PM and 23rd at 3:30 PM and 8 PM.

This production showcases a wide variety of original works by student and faculty choreographers and will take place in Boston University’s Dance Theater.

Highlighting the talent and creativity of BU students, ORIGINS 2024 will include:
● Student-choreographed pieces, mentored by dance faculty Micki Taylor-Pinney, Liz Roncka, and Ann Brown Allen
● New repertory work by faculty member Margot Parsons
● Large group and small group performances
● A variety of music and styles
● Diverse dances, ranging from traditional to experimental, abstract to thematic, and light-hearted to contemplative

Location:

Boston University’s Dance Theater, 915 Commonwealth Avenue

It is a 223-seat studio theater space designed specifically for dance performances, classes, and special events.

Tickets:

Dance Theatre Group’s fall concert is presented in cooperation with the Department of Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance (Caitriona Taylor, Executive Director, and Micki Taylor-Pinney, Coordinator of Dance). Admission to ORIGINS 2024 is $20 for the general public, $15 for students, and $12 for all members of the BU community with ID.
