Bobby Schrader (’23)
Bobby is currently the Assistant Director of Admissions at Boston Conservatory at Berklee. His love for the arts started at a young age, when his parents took him to shows at the Walnut Street Theater in Philadelphia and played James Taylor and Barbra Streisand records at home. After being involved in musical theater, choir, and a cappella in high school and college, he worked as the Communications Coordinator at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston (MFA) and as an Academic Advisor at Berklee Online (Berklee College of Music’s online extension school) before moving over to his current role at Boston Conservatory. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and Minors in Advertising and Journalism from the University of Delaware in 2013. He has a passion for connecting communities with the arts and helping to foster artistic innovation through administrative and project management work.
I highly relate to and admire the Arts Administration program’s boldness in developing the next generation of arts leaders, and it’s emphasis on making connections, working together, and learning advanced skills to accomplish that very goal.
