Evan has recently relocated to Boston after spending the past five years as a performer based out of New York City. His performance work gave him the opportunity to perform for various theatres around the country. Select credits include: Footloose (Ren McCormack), West Side Story (Riff), Camelot (Lancelot), The Buddy Holly Story (HiPockets), as well as the New York City premier staging of Twisted: The Untold Story of a Royal Vizier. In addition to performing, his choreography work has been seen in productions of West Side Story, The Producers and Twisted: The Untold Story of a Royal Vizier. Off of the stage, he worked with the Education Department with Dayton Live!, in Dayton, OH, and served as the President of Theta Alpha Phi: Theatre Honorary Society, The Student Advisory Board and the Vice President of Phi Mu Alpha Fraternity while attending Ohio Northern University. At Ohio Northern University, Evan graduated cum laude with B.F.A. In Musical Theatre and a Minor in Arts Administration. The decision to step away from performing and focus on Arts Administration came from a desire to change the the theatre industry and create a more diverse, equitable and better representation of all human stories on stage.

When looking for Masters Programs, I was determined to find programs that not only pushed their students, but pushed themselves. Faculty and Administrators that wanted more than to rest on their reputations and laurels, curriculum that grew and changed with the world, and had a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Boston University checked those boxes. Similarly, the creation of the Performing Arts Enterprises Graduate Certificate offered a course load that was directly focused on the arenas I would like to grow in as an Arts Administrator.
