is hosting a virtual masterclass cooking event featuring
Fred Chang, MasterChef S10 Top 10,
who is going to teach us how he makes potstickers with his very own unique recipe.

Come join BUTASA in a Virtual Master Class with Masterchef Fred Chang (Top 10 on Masterchef Season 10, BU SHA’17, and BUTASA alum) who will be making traditional Taiwanese food! This online event will feature friendly competition on who can make the best gyoza, a traditional Taiwanese street food. Students will be able to learn how to make this delicious dish so their homes or dorms can smell just like the amazing food found right in the streets of Taiwan!
