  • Title Research Technician
  • Office 154
  • Education B.A. in Biology from Boston University

I graduated from Boston University in 2021 with a B.A. in Biology with Specialization in Neurobiology. During my undergrad at BU, I was onboarded as a CARE intern for the TESLA project and transferred to the POLO-R project where I worked on remote oral motor assessments of minimally verbal children with autism. After graduating from BU, I was a behavioral technician at an ABA center for 2 years. As a behavioral technician, I provided early intervention behavioral therapy to reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase skill acquisition in young children with autism.

I am delighted to return to CARE as a research technician on the POLO project, which focuses on predicting and optimizing language outcomes in minimally verbal children with autism. I am interested in the development of language in children with autism and am passionate about helping them learn, grow, and thrive. In my free time, I enjoy walking around Boston and spending time with my family in New Hampshire.
