Boston Medical Center is seeking compassionate and motivated BU Graduate Medical Sciences students to serve as mentors in an exciting program called Transition Together. As a mentor, you will help a young person with epilepsy meet their goals towards medical independence and build relationships with pediatric neurology providers and researchers who are dedicated to improving access to specialty care for youth with epilepsy. Commitment includes 6 hours of in-person and online training, and a 1-year relationship with a mentee, with at least 2-4 hours dedicated to the program each month.
