Chang-Sik Kim, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Hotel & Tourism at Baewha Women’s University, Seoul, South Korea. He earned his first Ph.D. in Business IT at Kookmin University and his second Ph.D. in Hotel and Tourism at Sejong University in Korea. He has more than 15 years of experience in the field of Business IT, as well as in Hotel and Resort industries. His research interests include hotels, tourism, food service, and MICE data analytics, social network analysis and its application, machine learning, and deep learning.
